One method, four levels of measurement. Every program runs the same four stages — measure, find the weak link, run the plan, measure again — and the only thing that changes as you move up is how much gets measured and how much human review you get. Prices are listed up front: no subscription, no surprise lab bill.
$399 one-time
Stop tracking guesses. Start measuring facts. A comprehensive blood panel, a cognitive baseline and a protocol built from your physiology rather than a questionnaire.
Who it's for: Members who want physiology in the loop before committing to a program.

Twelve weeks, fully remote, adjusted weekly from your own data. Baseline, weekly check-ins, and repeat testing at week 12 that states plainly which markers moved and which did not.
Who it's for: Members who want a defined block of work with a measured outcome.

Everything in the Longevity program, run continuously for a year, with genomics, biological age, a 90-marker panel and a named person who answers.
Who it's for: For people planning their brain health over decades, not months.

Every paid program involves physical samples. Here is how that runs without us building a clinic.
Blood draws run through a national partner network: 2,000+ patient service centers for walk-in draws, plus mobile phlebotomy to home or office in major metros. You book a slot in the app; we never own a physical site.
Every panel is ordered by a licensed physician in the member's state through a telehealth partner, and results are released with a clinician's written interpretation. That keeps testing compliant in all 50 states without us practicing medicine.
Markers that are validated on dried blood spot or saliva — biological age, genomics, some hormone assays — ship as an at-home kit with prepaid return. Venous-only markers stay in the draw network. We don't compromise assay quality for convenience.
The baseline EEG scan is optional and the only step that requires a room. We use partner sites in launch cities and skip it entirely everywhere else — the program runs on blood, cognition and wearables without it.
Lab results flow back through an HL7/FHIR feed and are mapped straight onto your five dimensions, so a marker moving out of range changes next week's protocol automatically.
No physical infrastructure, no shipping beyond kits, and weekly adjustments generated from wearable data with human review. The cost of an additional member is a panel and a review slot — nothing else.
The free assessment returns your five dimension scores in one sitting. If nothing is out of range, that is your answer and you owe us nothing.
Biomarker Baseline moves you from self-report to physiology. Once you can see your own blood, cognition and HRV numbers, you can judge whether a coached program is worth it — including whether ours is.
Genomics, biological age and quarterly EEG sit in Apex because they change over years, not weeks. Most members never need them, and we will say so.
The program runs on your own wearables, remote check-ins and partner labs. No clinic overhead is priced into what you pay, so more of it goes into testing.
Individual results vary. BRAIN.ONE is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Our programs are wellness and education services — they do not diagnose, treat or cure disease. Laboratory testing is ordered and interpreted by licensed clinicians through partner providers.
Every marker we run, what each one tells us about your five dimensions, the full cost breakdown per program, and the questions worth asking before paying for any brain-health test — ours included.
