Share protocols with your clinician

Your physician, neurologist or therapist can see the same evidence you do — baseline, weekly trends and the protocol you are running — through a secure, read-only summary you control.

How it works

Three steps, no clinician account

01

Choose what to share

Pick a date range and the sections you want visible: Brain Score dimensions, protocol adherence, sleep and autonomic trends, or the full record.

02

Send a secure link

Enter your clinician's email. They receive a read-only link — no account required, no app to install, and nothing is editable on their side.

03

Revoke any time

Links expire after 30 days by default. You can extend, narrow or revoke access instantly from your protocol settings.

What your clinician sees

A single page, printable, structured the way a clinical note is read. The figures below are illustrative sample data — not a real member, and not typical or expected results.

Protocol notes

Daily habit protocol: 20 minutes zone-2 movement, 10 minutes paced breathing, a fixed sleep window. Weekly face scan and cognitive tasks. In this sample, the largest movement is in sleep regularity and autonomic balance; executive function changes more slowly. Protocols are lifestyle programmes — they are not treatment for any condition.

Included

Evidence, not screenshots

Week-over-week trend lines, not one-off snapshots
Active protocol with weekly targets and adherence
Face-scan derived autonomic signals (HRV, resting HR, breathing rate)
Sleep regularity and recovery summary
Plain-language notes on what changed and why

Sharing is always opt-in. BRAIN.ONE never sends your data to a clinician, employer or insurer without an explicit link you created. See our health data privacy policy.

For investigational use only. BRAIN.ONE is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. A clinician summary is a wellness report you choose to share — it is not a medical record, not a clinical diagnostic report, and BRAIN.ONE is not a healthcare provider or a HIPAA-covered entity. Sharing a summary does not create a clinician-patient relationship with BRAIN.ONE, and nothing here should replace the advice of a qualified clinician. Once you send a link, what the recipient does with the information is outside our control.
