A baseline is the measurement everything else is compared against: a blood panel, a cognitive baseline, your wearable data and — where available — an EEG and face scan. Choose the panel, the lab and the day. We handle the physician order.

How the booking works

01Pick your panelThe Biomarker Baseline is the standard entry. Longevity and Apex baselines add wearable onboarding, EEG, genomics and a wider marker set.
02Choose lab partner and locationWalk into a partner draw center, have a mobile phlebotomist come to you, or add an optional EEG and face scan session in a partner metro.
03Confirm date and costPick a date and time window. A coordinator confirms the full cost of the baseline with you before anything is charged.
04Get your numbersResults land 3–5 days after the draw, paired with your cognitive baseline and the first block of your plan, built around the one thing holding you back.
