Two reasons to begin
For adults 50+ and families thinking about cognitive health. The campaign’s dementia-prevention ambition is grounded in studying modifiable lifestyle factors—not a promise that BRAIN.ONE prevents dementia.
For athletes, executives and people who already track training. Explore focus, sleep and recovery through cognitive tasks, heart rate variability and the BRAIN.ONE Face Scan.
Small actions. A clearer picture.
Establish your starting picture with the app’s face scan, cognitive tasks and optional wearable data.
Explore patterns in your brain and body data, including sleep, focus and recovery.
Follow a personalized plan created in the app, with manageable microhabits that fit your day.
Measure again over time to compare your results with your starting point.
